Requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Fluent reading and writing skills in Arabic
Fluent reading and writing skills in Arabic
Strong knowledge of culture/ tradition and also updated with pop culture, music, TV shows, places, books and authors is a must.
High level of proficiency in utilizing search engines such as Google and Bing Graduate with minimum 1 year of working experience (preferably in a multinational environment)
Extremely reliable, consistent, hard-working and ability to work analytically within a problem solving environment

Responsibilities
Understand and make
decisions according to the defined Client Policies and Procedures
Familiarize with or be interested in media products as defined by the
client (Music, TV Shows, Places, Books, Authors etc.) Respond to
contacts from users within the agreed timelines and quality
standards Enforce our Terms of Use by carefully monitoring reports of
abuse on the site Identify inefficiencies/ improvement opportunities in
workflows and suggest solutions Interface effectively with other
internal and Client teams
